Although this should not come as any type of surprise to you, therapy is perhaps the best tool at your disposal to increase your mindset and give you the tools to remove the negative aspects of your life and make it better. While it may sound stupidly obvious, therapy is simply healing. There are so many taboos and such a large social stigma on therapy to this day, but the truth is it can provide you with the largest tool of healing to increase your life and make things better for you.

Before I get into the importance of therapy, there is something that many people who associate therapy with something bad that will put their mind to rest. When a sports person has an injury even, they go through therapy. I do not mean physical therapy, but rather a sports psychologist who is responsible for improving that athlete’s own mindset about how they may perform in the field now that they have had a significant lay off. When a sports person has not been active for 6 months or above, there is a mental barrier that takes away their own belief, and it severely impacts them. They need a sports psychologist to tear that barrier down. If they are willing to do it, why couldn’t you?

Another therapist that has a lot of social stigma is a hypnotherapist. I know a wonderful hypnotherapist Sydney that clients go crazy about. He is that good at hypnotizing his patients and helping them increase their positive mindsets. While some believe that hypnotherapy is some sort of magic trick, the truth is it is simply a response within your brain waves that they are able to connect into and help you with.

There is always a form of therapy that is available to you mentally and physically. Take it before you lose it.

How to destroy that negativity

While we spoke about it briefly on the previous blog post, the truth is that even if you find the source of your negativity day to day, that will not necessarily destroy that negative energy. For some, it will not be able to be destroyed but instead it will have to be distanced or removed entirely. This means it can be anything from trauma that you have not completely confronted to a family member that is a leech financially or emotionally that takes and takes without giving back.

Personally, I have had to deal with negative energies that came from other people. There were many different people that would suck the life and energy out of me that left me without motivation because it did not feel like there was a path to success. That is when I realised that the only thing giving them that power and the only thing that actually takes away that source of motivation and positive thinking was myself, as I allowed them to affect me when it did not have to.

If you are lucky, the source of the negativity is not something that you have to work on. For you, it could be past failures, or it could be a lack of self-esteem and confidence. In this case, this is something that you know is entirely of your doing, and it means that you are physically stopping yourself from success when you do not have to. Self esteem and confidence issues are mental yes, and in itself can provide a barrier within your mind. But it does not stop your body from still achieving results.

Sometimes, you have to go through the fire to get to where you want to go. If you are able to do that, then I suggest you do. It is the only thing stopping you from getting to where you want to be.

How to stop being negative

This blog post will not have all of the answers to this question. I will not sit here and pretend that everything I write in this blog will immediately turn you from negative to positive. But what I can promise you is that you will find it in yourself to push forward. At the very least, you might see a different perspective on what exactly is negative and what is positive. You may even find that what you thought was positive is in fact negative, and vice versa. What I can tell you is that there are things I will be writing that you will have definitely experienced at some point.

The first thing you can do before you can start to work on your negativity is to try and analyse why you are negative. Now, not everyone is going to be able to find the reason they feel negative at times. The truth is it will be difficult to find the route or source of that anger or disappointment. Finding why you are negative to begin with is a journey that will take you a while to figure out, and even then, not everyone will be able to acknowledge the exact reasons as to why they feel that way.

But, once you are able to find the reasons as to why you are so negative, you can begin to look at the root of the issue. What can you do to change the thing you feel so negative about? What is the source of that negativity and what is the source of what is wrong to begin with? Is it changeable, and if it is how can you change it? If it is not negative, then what can you do to alleviate it until you are able to cut it off completely?

The Time 2 Show is a blog that is dedicated towards bringing positive change into the universe through your own actions. People often do not realise how much they limit themselves by not thinking in a positive mindset. They do not realise how much a positive mindset and a belief that they could do whatever they put their minds to can do to help them achieve and accomplish amazing things. Sometimes it takes sacrifice, and other times it just takes reprogramming if your own brain and thought process. But you can make your own change and you can bring your success to life!

As a successful hypnotherapist, I am very in tune and enlightened to the positive changes that can be made through the power of positive thinking. As a human, you can believe your dreams into reality if you also work towards it. You do not just get everything that you want because you think you can. You need to believe that you can get anything and everything you ever want by working to achieve it.

What I will be doing is recounting some success stories and imparting some of my philosophies to my readers to help them to achieve the power of positive thinking. Knowing that there are many different brain exercises that you can do to improve your situation and many techniques that will change things for you is the first step towards reaching an enlightened path for all of your success.

If you believe you will not achieve. But if you believe and you keep working and you do not give up, then you will achieve more than you ever wanted to. It will not be easy. You will have to sacrifice, and you will have to push through even the hardest of times, but you will get there.
